Your guide to purchasing tickets at Burnley Football Club

If you have any problems navigating out ticket & merchandise website hopefully the following information may help.

Select the 'LOGIN' link at the top right of the screen
You can either enter your Clarets Number (found on your season ticket book or on your last used ticket) or you can login using your registered email address.
Your password. The default password is your postcode in capitals without any spaces. If you have forgotten your password CLICK HERE , enter your registered email address and we will send you a reminder.

Certain high profile matches throughout the season may firstly be offered on sale to season ticket holders and members for a priority period. Once this priority period has expired all remaining tickets will be made avaiable on general sale. For details of ticket release dates please visit www.burnleyfc.com in the weeks prior to the match.
Some matches may also be dependant on how many Clarets Points you have. Clarets Points are built up everytime you purchase a ticket while provind your Clarets Number.

'BEST AVAILABLE' will automatically select the seats for you in the area of the stadium you select.
'CHOOSE YOUR OWN SEAT' will show a live plan of the stadium and all the seats avaiable for you to select. Please note: Row A is always the front of the block (nearest the pitch)
Once you have chosen your seats you must select 'BUY TICKETS' to put them in your basket.
Once you have selected your seat you also have the chance to make this your 'favourite seat' in your shopping basket. 'MY FAVOURITE SEAT' can then be selected on future bookings and if that seat is available it will automatically be added to your basket.

Please check all details of your purchases at this stage. You have the option to remove any itemns which you have added by mistake.
You can amend the price category for the match if so needed by using the drop down box. If you do make changes to your shopping basket please ensure you click the 'UPDATE BASKET' button.
You can amend the clarets number you booking a ticket for by clicking the drop down menu from the friend and family section. Please note: You need to have added Friends and Family to your account.

If you have friends and family you may wish to link your fan files to them.
This allows you to buy them tickets under their Clarets Number, ensuring they gain Clarets Points
You can add friends and family in the 'MY ACCOUNT' section

Away match tickets are distributed by Burnley Football Club under the instructions of the 'Home' club
We will allocate seats together where possible, however this cannot always be guaranteed.

If you are not happy with the seats you have selected or the price which is shown in your basket please do not complete the transaction. We are unable to amend online transactions once they are complete and confirmed by the fan
